Micords is a health record tool designed specifically for cats. The name comes from "Mi (cat) + Records." It supports Quick Records, Today’s Care check-ins, food and weight tracking, blood test management, medication reminders, expense tracking, and supplies inventory — helping cat owners manage everyday care in one place. Built with PWA technology, it works on iPhone, Android, and any desktop browser.
Is Micords free?
Micords offers both free and paid plans, so you can choose the option that best fits your needs. View our plans and pricing.
What is a PWA? Do I need to download it from the App Store?
No! Micords is a PWA (Progressive Web App). Just open the URL in your mobile browser and tap "Add to Home Screen" to install it on your phone. Both iOS (Safari) and Android (Chrome) are supported — no App Store or Google Play download needed.
How do I create an account? What login methods are supported?
Micords supports Google login only. Just tap "Sign in with Google" and select your account — no password setup required, and no worries about forgetting one.
Can I use Micords on multiple devices? Will my data sync?
Absolutely! All your data is stored in the cloud, so as long as you're signed in with the same Google account, your records sync in real time across your phone, tablet, and computer.
Can I use it for dogs too?
Dogs are welcome too! However, Micords is designed with cats as the primary focus — blood test reference ranges and health alerts are all based on feline standards. For general daily logging (diet, weight, medications, vet visits), it works perfectly for dogs. But for blood test interpretation and related alerts, the built-in values don't apply directly and you'll need to cross-reference with ranges provided by your vet.
Can I record multiple cats?
Multi-cat households are fully supported! The number of cats depends on your plan: Free supports 2 cats, PRO supports up to 5, and PREMIUM has no limit.
How do I use the blood test record feature?
After each vet visit, enter the test values (such as BUN, Creatinine, ALT, etc.) in Micords' "Blood Test Records" section. AI-assisted input is also supported — just upload a photo of the blood test report and the values will be filled in automatically! Micords will generate trend charts so you can see changes at a glance, and share them directly with your vet at the next visit.
Does Micords have an expense tracking feature?
Yes! Micords has a built-in expense tracker where you can log vet fees, cat food, litter, medications, and other expenses — helping you understand your cat care costs and manage finances.
What is the Supplies Inventory feature?
The Supplies Inventory lets you manage your cat supply stock — cat food, litter, medications, supplements, and more. You can record items, quantities, and expiration dates. Get alerts before things run out so you never have to scramble for supplies or forget when something expires.
How does Micords help with vet communication?
Before a vet visit, review recent diet, weight, blood test, and medication records in Micords. During the visit, hand your phone to the vet or describe recent trends. Instead of saying "I think she lost a bit of weight," show a three-month weight trend chart — making communication more precise and efficient.
Can I export or back up my data?
Yes! Micords supports exporting daily records and medical records as separate PDF files — great for keeping a backup or bringing to a vet visit.
What features were added recently?
Micords now includes Quick Records and Today’s Care check-ins. Set regular meals and ongoing medications, then complete records directly from the home screen. Common entries such as food, water, and weight can also be opened quickly.
What is Today’s Care?
Today’s Care turns your regular meal and medication settings into a daily feeding and medication checklist. Checking an item off also creates its corresponding record, making it easy to look back on completed care.
What can I add to Quick Records?
You can add frequently used entries such as dry or wet food, water, hydration packs, weight, urination, bowel movements, vomiting, medication, subcutaneous fluids, and blood pressure. Choose up to four items and add custom entries too.
Are Health Score and Risk Alerts a diagnosis?
No. They are supporting information based on record and data changes, designed to help you notice situations worth watching sooner. They do not replace veterinary advice. Please consult a qualified veterinarian if your cat shows abnormal behavior, energy, or appetite.
Is my data safe?
Micords takes user privacy and data security seriously. Your pet health data is for your personal use only and will never be shared with third parties. Micords developers will not access any data you enter. If you have any concerns, please contact us via official Threads @rela2cats or the feedback form.
How do I delete my account or clear all my data?
You can request account deletion from within the app settings. Once submitted, your account and all associated data will be automatically deleted within seven days. For assistance, feel free to contact us via Threads @rela2cats or the feedback form.
How do I submit feature requests or report issues?
